When discussing our marketing calendar for the 2021 year, I noticed that Proozy had a sale called “Back to School”. After clarifying that this sale is geared towards K-12 children and their parents, I proposed that we add a sale called “Back to Campus” that targeted college students. The head of email marketing approved my concept, and put all creative content associated with the sale in my hands, including social media graphics, website content, and email materials.

We were looking for alternate marketing methods and I saw a scratch card-like
deal pop-up on another website and pitched that we utilize it for our Black Friday
sale. We used ABC style email tests to send out 3 variations of the scratch-off
that revealed 3 different discounts. The structure was so successful we brought it
back for St. Patrick’s Day.
